Are you struggling with grief -- or with even knowing how to grieve in these times?

  • You may be missing someone close to you who has died -- five weeks or five years ago.

  • You may be grieving the ongoing loss of someone due to dementia.

  • You may be grieving the loss of a pet, of a way of life, or the loss of the things you deserved or wanted but never got to have.

Whatever your loss, you're welcome in this six-week group where you'll find tools for grieving, support for the work, and learn more about this strange land of grief that you've found yourself in. Space is limited.

Finding Your Way Through Grief:

A six-week online course

“Some days, doing “the best we can” may still fall short of what we would like to be able to do, but life isn’t perfect on any front - and doing what we can with what we have is the most we should expect of ourselves or anyone else.”

Mister Rogers

Maybe you are just done with Covid, but Covid isn't done with us and you don't know how to get through another day of it.

Maybe you're grieving a loss of family or friends, of a pet or a job or a career... or the loss of community gatherings you loved.

Maybe the changes in schedule that Covid brought has taken away all of your old distractions, and you can no longer push away your hurts or ignore your dreams.

Maybe you're just tired of feeling so bad about yourself.

Every. Single. Day.

believe that change is possible. Healing is possible.

Finding your way is possible.

Even now.

What are you waiting for?

Working with me

During this pandemic I am exclusively seeing people online through a HIPAA approved platform. I am in network for BCBS (excluding Value Options), which has approved teletherapy for all subscribers during this pandemic.

Why should you consider contacting me to talk about counseling?

  • You feel overwhelmed by stress and find it hard to step away from that stress for even a moment.

  • You don't know what to do with the grief that you feel. It may be grief for a specific event that you've lost or a more general grief for the ordinary life that we used to have

  • You're trying to support everyone else and feel stretched too thin.

  • You feel lost.

  • This experience is nudging you to look at your life more deeply; for example, to quit running from those questions or feelings that you've always avoided.

  • Someone close to you has died, and you don't know how to grieve when you can't have a visitation, a funeral or even a casserole delivered.

Or, you may be ready to deal with something that was in your life long before anyone ever heard of Covid19.

  • You've been carrying a lifetime of grief and it's just too heavy these days.

  • You're tired of apologizing with every breath, tired of saying such terrible things to yourself, and ready to explore what it might be like to live a life that's fully your life.

  • You're not sure about counseling, but your life just isn't working anymore.

Please feel free to contact me to talk about whether or not I might be a good fit for you and what you need.
